Transmission failed at 75,000 miles! Price was good because totally covered under warranty, but does give me pause about buying another Nissan. She even called me on a day she was out of the office to tell me she had obtained the PO for a rental car. She kept me updated in the process from the first day. I probably received 5-6 calls from her in a 4 day period. I always knew the status of my vehicle. The reason I rated the 'Quality of Work' as only GOOD, is because it is too soon to know. Ask again in 2-3 months and I will have a better feel for the quality of work. More

This was the first dealership I visited when looking for a new used car. Issa was on the lot when I arrived and helped me immediately. He found something in my price range and that I really liked. He was friendly, professional and willing to work with me fully through the entire transaction. Before I made the decision to buy my Versa, I visited one more dealership (toyota/honda next door) and they handed my off to about 4 different salesmen, would not work with me on the price, came off very pompous and my mother and I were very unsatisfied to find that even though I found a car there I also liked very much, the service and support to help purchase the vehicle was nothing compared to Issa's service and demeanor. I then decided to return to Wesloh Nissan and purchase the first car he helped me with. I love it and had an excellent experience with Issa and Wesloh overall. Thanks again! More
I can not say enough words to thank Sabina and Tony for all there help on April 8th. My daughters Fob on her 2009 Nissan Altima was broken and they bent over backwards did flips and cartwheels for me. I li all there help on April 8th. I had to drive to San Clemente to my daughters car and then have it towed to the dealership in Capistrano. Tony kept me laughing through and time crunch operation getting the car to him to have it programed. He would call me to get updates to see how far away I was, he was with me step by step, he was AMAZING!!!!!!!. Then I was blessed next to be helped by Sabina, she was with me step by step on the programing of this Fob thing. Well, the computer at the dealership was a loner and was not working, she then called a gentlemen named Javier from somewhere else and he and he came to the dealership to program this Fob. Okay then he could not do it because he needed some pin number or something and could not get it because it was after 6. So he came back the next morning and did the Fob then turned around and did not charge me for the programing. What a team! Sabina stayed later than she had to and even gave me her private cell number. She is the most caring and understanding person I have ever met at a dealership, any dealership. Tony I believe also stayed after. The two of them need some kind of award or something for being the very best they can be. Please do something for them for all their work they did for me. Please put them on a pedestal for employees of the year and buy them lunch for a week!!! My job does nothing for us for all the great customer service we do, please do not let this slide. My dad and I wanted to look at some new cars that would fit my price range and financing needs. We had been to several other dealerships in Orange County and had some very bad experiences. I needed a car that would get great gas mileage and be reliable for my family and I to travel on long trips. We met Hooman at Nissan in SJC. He had recently helped my mom with her new Nissan and thought he would be able to assist me with finding a car. He not only was helpful, but he knew everything about the car. He informed me about all of the special features, he took us for a test drive and he went over options for financing. He was not pushy like other salesmen and he made the process seem very seamless. I felt so comfortable with the entire process that we ended up purchasing the car on his recommendation and my financing needs.
