Each and every time we go to the dealership, whether it's for scheduled maintenance or a problem, Derrick always shows concern and interest in the reason we have brought the car in. Recently, we took in the car for an iritating noise in the rear. Derrick worked tirelessly to solve the problem, gave us frequent updates, and when his team exhausted all the possible reasons for the noise, they contacted Nissan to get a specialist out to examine the car. Our experience buying the car was not a positive one. We were told that a navigation could be installed after we bought the car. Derrick was the one who called to tell me that wasn't possible and he explained the reasons why. However, rather than just say no we can't do it, he suggested and alternative way. We followed his suggestion and we were very pleased. We would not even consider taking our car to another Nissan service department. If Derrick is not available to help us, we leave and return on another day or ask for Matt Gauthier. Matt has also been extremely helpful and knowledgeable when we've visited the service department.
