My car didnt turn on and my hubby had it towed to SB Nissan, and who was waiting for my car and hubby??? yes.. Art! he went far and beyond his customer service and explained everything to my hubby as well. The results, a replaced catalyst and a recall that by replacing, my car turned on again. My car was done in a couple of hours and even received a follow up call from.. yes Art! Thank God i called SB Nissan and had the privilege to be guided by an expert.
