The price was determined prior to our arrival and we were treated with respect and a professional behavior during the entire experience. The car was not the most expensive model but Ron, as well as Mr. Marvin, treated us with the utmost respect and professionalism. I noticed, and appreciated that. It made my daughters first car purchase a pleasant experience and it was so refreshing to know (and experience) excellent customer service, and respect, to even those who are buying a less expensive model. "yes, a regular girl wouldn’t know".. and Art helped me in scheduling my car for service. My car didnt turn on and my hubby had it towed to SB Nissan, and who was waiting for my car and hubby??? yes.. Art! he went far and beyond his customer service and explained everything to my hubby as well. The results, a replaced catalyst and a recall that by replacing, my car turned on again. My car was done in a couple of hours and even received a follow up call from.. yes Art! Thank God i called SB Nissan and had the privilege to be guided by an expert. Art made my hubby and I feel good about the repair my Nissan Pathfinder needed.
