Freddy Ramirez gave me an online quote and said if I came to the dealership today he would have his boss work with me on the price. When I arrived within his quoted working hours, he was not there. I was driving to work as usual this particular morning, upset to be putting in so much gas into my old truck. Not only was my truck expensive on gas but had mechanical problems. It was late afternoon when I decided to visit Nissan Website, I sent them an email and Freddy Ramirez was quick to answer me and encourage me towards an appointment the following day. I arrived to my appointment next day at 10:00am, however due to life's stressors Freddy was unable to keep his appointment with me and I was left to speak to another customer representative at Nissan. I wasn't very happy, UNTIL Mr. Montana Edobor stepped in. He was so helpful and encouraging, I almost walked out with no car, when he came at me with the best deal ever!!!! I was shocked, but I had faith that somehow I would take a car home this day. Mr. Montana is one of the best Sales Manager's I've met in my life he made my dream come true. I went to see the car and was met by Roxy (sales rep) she was super nice and showed me the car I wanted. After I test drove it I knew I had to have it. They told me the price, no hidden fees or unnecessary raise in price. They worked super fast and got me my first dream car. Everything went smoothly with the salesman and we were sure we'd drive away in our new car. My husband has a good clean credit history, and we were told so by the dealer. But, everything changed when the sales manager came to close the deal. His approach was very aggressive. Furthermore, he was pressuring us a lot to buy the car. He threatened not to respect his offer if we thought it overnight. It was late and we were really tired from negotiating, but making threats would certainly not help. Certainly, what had been a very pleasant t shopping experience turned into a very unpleasant one. It felt like the dealer was trying to take advantage of us using intimidation tactics. The manager's attitude and pressuring took everything down hill. More
