There was no pressure, no hidden fees, and overall a great buying experience. Although I only dealt with them, the entire staff and the environment of the place makes you feel at ease. We have closer Nissan dealerships around my area, but driving a few extra miles to Nissan of San Bernardino is definitely worth the drive and time. Their online reviews speak for themselves. We will definitely be coming back to them again for future business. More
Bait and Switch on Nissan Leaf NISSAN SOLD ME TWO YEARS OF FREE CHARGING AND THIS DEALER CHARGED ME TO USE THEIR CHARGE STATION. I own a Nissan Leaf and went to the dealership to ch NISSAN SOLD ME TWO YEARS OF FREE CHARGING AND THIS DEALER CHARGED ME TO USE THEIR CHARGE STATION. I own a Nissan Leaf and went to the dealership to charge the car. I was told by them that the charge was free as part of Nissan's No Charge to Charge program which they offer to their customers. When I received my statement I was charged $10 for a 20 minute charge. ChargePoint told me that it is the dealership that decides to charge the customer. Most other Nissan dealerships honor their word and allow for free quick charging. The ChargePoint system is even controlled by Nissan. Get some integrity! More

Not a fair trade in value I did the research on our trade in based on the Kelly Blue book value for trade in. My daughter was trading in a Nissan Titan in good condition with a I did the research on our trade in based on the Kelly Blue book value for trade in. My daughter was trading in a Nissan Titan in good condition with a value of $7360 low to $8016 high on a good condition vehicle. Nissan of San Bernardino offered us $3500. We went to OC Auto Exchange in Fullerton and was offered $8000 for our trade in. My daughter got the car she wanted (mustang) and the trade in she deserved. Needless to say, we are disappointed with Nissan of San Bernardino for this reason. The salesmen are nice and friendly, but the deal wasn't there. Roxanne More

He listened to my interests and what I wanted in a new car. He knows his inventory very well, I think we were outside for no more than 15 minutes looking and test driving a NIssan Sentra. As Good As it Gets! I can't brag about these guys enough to co-workers, family, and friends. I completed my deal on my brand new 2015 Nissan Altima over the phone with Sean back in October. Sean even gave me a couple different options for financing so that I could make the best choice for my situation. He ensured I qualified for dealer incentives and gave me breakdowns on the options. I never walked into the dealership! The skeptic in me kept thinking that I might regret that I never visited the dealership. It was hassle free, a few phone calls, a few emails and the next day the car was delivered. Too good to be true, right!? Joe dropped off the car, patiently waited for me to review all the documents, answered all questions, and then we went outside and he showed me the vehicle. I really appreciate he took the time to show me the features on the vehicle. A lot has changed since my last car purchase and he even helped me the next day with connecting my Bluetooth. So now three months later, not one regret! These guys really will accommodate their customers and after they make the sale the helpfulness doesn't stop. Car buying can be stressful and intimidating, but I never felt like that with them. I hope anyone else interested in purchasing with them has a similar experience! More

Fontana Nissan's priority is not about customer satisfaction... 1- They kept trying to sell me a car I didn't want, 2- the color I never asked for, 3- hesitant to negotiate on my trade-in, and 4- offering a ridiculous rate on financing when I have great credit. I'll never go there again. The next day after making an online inquiry, San Bernardino Nissan contacted me within 2 minutes and said they had the exact SUV I was looking for. That same night, I met with Sean, Pixie, and Bo. All of them were great! A supportive team that focused on customer satisfaction. They even text and called me a few days later to see how my new car felt. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great car buying experience. Honest, genuine, and respectful team. More
