Renigging Dealership Bought a NEW 2016 Sentra in order to close the the deal I asked for them to install fog lights they (Jose) agreed.The fog lights were backordered,and Bought a NEW 2016 Sentra in order to close the the deal I asked for them to install fog lights they (Jose) agreed.The fog lights were backordered,and no one informed me,now they dont want to put the fog lights on!! Also charged me $600 for a door Sticker!!No Service after the Sale !! Nobody has called me back to try & resolve Issue!! Would not Recommend this Dealership!! 0 out of 10 Rating!! More

We were interested in a 4x4 truck. They had none in stock. Didn't know when they will get it, nor had any information on the model we were interested in. The salesman said he couldn't talk about price, because his job was just show cars. xxx? Nor asked for our contact info to notify us when the desired stock would come on.After all this. Time wasted. We didn't even get a gift card. They said they ran out. A bunch of liars. This was just a ruse to waste our time .I would never buy from this organization. Possible never buy a Nissan now. More

Charlie greats you with a genuine smile, firm handshake and is straightforward, you know right away that he has your interests first in his mind. Charlie will point out a minor defect, explain why it occurred, and have it fixed for you, without you having even discovered it. Charlie will get you the best deal possible, he works the numbers in your favor. My purchase was a Pathfinder Platinum, contacted Charlie on the internet, and away I drove knowing I got a fair, honest and the best deal that I possibly could have with no pressure. I also found finance manager Monique Gallegos to have a warm, welcoming personality, she was marvelous and efficient with the paperwork and a valuable part of that friendly, customer oriented team. The national advertised lease price did not include the QuickCharge package and the one I wanted had the option. It was more expensive and Charles got the sales manager to go as low as possible. The car is a technological work of art. I recommend it to anyone who drives close and has a second car for longer trips. I haven't bought gas in 2 weeks. In fact, I won't buy gas ever again for this car. Thanks again Charles for all the help. Drew More

There was no pressure, no hidden fees, and overall a great buying experience. Although I only dealt with them, the entire staff and the environment of the place makes you feel at ease. We have closer Nissan dealerships around my area, but driving a few extra miles to Nissan of San Bernardino is definitely worth the drive and time. Their online reviews speak for themselves. We will definitely be coming back to them again for future business. More
Bait and Switch on Nissan Leaf NISSAN SOLD ME TWO YEARS OF FREE CHARGING AND THIS DEALER CHARGED ME TO USE THEIR CHARGE STATION. I own a Nissan Leaf and went to the dealership to ch NISSAN SOLD ME TWO YEARS OF FREE CHARGING AND THIS DEALER CHARGED ME TO USE THEIR CHARGE STATION. I own a Nissan Leaf and went to the dealership to charge the car. I was told by them that the charge was free as part of Nissan's No Charge to Charge program which they offer to their customers. When I received my statement I was charged $10 for a 20 minute charge. ChargePoint told me that it is the dealership that decides to charge the customer. Most other Nissan dealerships honor their word and allow for free quick charging. The ChargePoint system is even controlled by Nissan. Get some integrity! More
