Called the dealership and they were able to book a next day appointment for the earliest available. Karly Nielson greeted me after pulling into the service station, confirmed my reservation, and clearly explained the services they were going to complete was going to take up to 2 hours which I expected. She prepped the paperwork, and showed me where I could wait and do my work as well as accessing the complimentary wifi. I was able to get some work done and the repairs were completed in an hour. I always appreciate prompt, accurate service especially when it has to do with a dealership. Thanks, Karly! More

There was some doubt about whether my car was still under warranty. José Marmoleyo called Nissan and all repairs (less $100 deductible) were covered. Mike brought me home during the 5 hour service.
