Unsatisfied I have had my vehicle worked on at this dealership for years. Unfortunately since 2016 things are not the same. The employee Drew always states someth I have had my vehicle worked on at this dealership for years. Unfortunately since 2016 things are not the same. The employee Drew always states something will be done and it's always overlooked. He stated the engine was cleaned after changing the fuel pump and it still had dust and acid all over the components. He stated the car would be vacummed and washed during our phone conversation and it was NOT done. I gave it another chance because i like knowing they have history on my car. Also i receive one quote then it changes months later. I feel the person in charge of writing up the service should always check to see if it was completed. I also asked to have a noise fixed in my vehicle and they stated it was fixed. I took it in again to the dealership and they charged me again for takibg components apart to get to the part that was making the noise. I honestly don't know what to think.. More

I stopped by to get my Infiniti G3 I would like to comment on the outstanding customer service given by Joe Vo, Sales Manager at Nissan of Sacramento. I stopped by to get my Infiniti G35 serviced and also to have the bottom of my car checked (there has been a scraping sound whenever I drive that I couldn't quite put my finger on). Joe was a thorough professional and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He didn't use verbiage I didn't understand (which was much appreciated) and I completely felt at ease when my car was returned. I usually dread bringing in my car anywhere but after such a pleasant experience, I will definitely not be afraid to come back! More
Excellent Customer Service I came in for service and Joseph helped me with my car rental. He was very knowledgable of all the different car options and was extremely helpful an I came in for service and Joseph helped me with my car rental. He was very knowledgable of all the different car options and was extremely helpful and personable. He took his time, showing me all the different functions and buttons on the rental and made sure I was comfortable driving it. At the end of my experience he thanked me for being a customer and even helped me secure my baby car seat into the rental. Now that's excellent customer service! More

Not only did they service our vehicle right away, but they kept my wife informed throughout the procedure. I talked to Tammi when I called and she was friendly and knowledgeable as well. They replaced the rear shocks n/c and washed and cleaned the inside of the vehicle. There customer service went above and beyond my expectations. We had a chrysler 300 that got 12 miles per gallon, We bought our Altima there and now we get close to 40. Thanks for the money saving and the experience. Good Job! More
Great Service on 370Z My 2 year old 370Z convertible had a problem with the window going halfway down when I closed the door. Nissan of Sacramento, formerly Maita Nissan, t My 2 year old 370Z convertible had a problem with the window going halfway down when I closed the door. Nissan of Sacramento, formerly Maita Nissan, took extremely good care of me. The repairs included replacing the rag top and both window motors. They brought in an expert from Nissan to replace the top and they put me in a rental car for a week at no charge. Jan, in service, called me a couple of times to keep me updated on the progress. The problem is fixed. The new rag top looks great. Nissan of Sacramento treated me great with never any hesitation to do whatever was needed to get the job done right. And it didn't cost me a penny excepting the rental car I got when I took it in for diagnosis. I'll probably buy my next car there. Dave Sigman More
