Bought a car, was promised a refund for a payment that I never received. Have in writing that my check was going to be ready before Memorial Day and now we passed Labor Day and no refund. Salesman, jerks me never received. Have in writing that my check was going to be ready before Memorial Day and now we passed Labor Day and no refund. Salesman, jerks me around every time I call. Have been working with Consumer Affairs for two months and issue still not resolved. Beyond disgusted since I have purchased/leased 6 Nissan's. So much for customer appreciation. Pathetic More

The salesperson was pulled in multiple directions while dealing with us. The sales manager had made a mistake during the lease price and monthly payment negotiations but we were able to come to an agreeme dealing with us. The sales manager had made a mistake during the lease price and monthly payment negotiations but we were able to come to an agreement. However when I reviewed the basis for the monthly payment amount after the fact, the details of the deal had changed without disclosing the changes to us and the dealer discount amount was replaced by a Capital Cost Reduction payment. Additionally the entire process was rushed and prolonged. I would not refer anyone to this dealership if they are in the market for a Nissan!!!! More
