Had my car towed there in December to have a transmission replaced. Spoke with a older woman the day of to pay upfront for the cost and gave her my contact information to have service call me. Called weekly replaced. Spoke with a older woman the day of to pay upfront for the cost and gave her my contact information to have service call me. Called weekly to check on the process of my car. Called two weeks before and was told they had to order a machine to drain the freon. I called March 29,2022 and was told from the lady in service that they had to order another part. I called a week later and was told the part hadn’t been received. No one from the dealership never called me not once, but I received a call after not calling for a week and was told the would have a lean on my car because they’ve been calling me for 2 months. Can’t communicate and I will never get them to do any work on my car again. More
Please avoid this dealership at all costs. They have deceptive practices and are not professional. My vehicle has been in service since October and I purchased it from the dealership in June.
