Well I bought a 2009 Nissan Rouge from Carnival Kia in Rivergate Thursday afternoon. The transmission just all of a sudden went out Friday night. Kia took the car to Nissan and what looked like a bad transmission which was going to take a while to order a new one and take a while to install it. The service guy Brian looked at it and whithin a couple of hours had it ready to go. Something electrical went out causing the fail safe transmission to disengage and he had me ready to go within hours. Fast reliable and very nice. More
I TAKE MY 07 ALTIMA TO NISSAN RIVERGATE FOR SERVICE. GARRETT MET ME THE FIRST TIME I TOOK MY CAR IN. GARRETT WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE PROBLEMS I WAS HAVING. GARRETT WAS FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS HAD A GARRETT MET ME THE FIRST TIME I TOOK MY CAR IN. GARRETT WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE PROBLEMS I WAS HAVING. I took my car in for routine oil change service. They were offering Ladies day special 1/2 price of oil change plus free manicure and goodie bag. Kim in the office/check out area was spectacular! My short oil change and check the rattle in my sunroof turned into a 5 hour ordeal. Jeff was kind through the process but tried to say my sunroof rattle was because it was not a factory product even after seeing the new window sticker from when I purchased the car. He had the service manager take a look. Everything was corrected in due time and the service manager was exceptionally helpful. My trust and confidence in Jeff has been greatly compromised. More
I used to go to Action Nissan off Thompson Lane in Nashville, TN but they could never duplicate my problem or so they say. I was advised to take my car to Nissan of Rivergate and the first time I took my car they took care of all my concerns. Not only did they address my current concerns but they found previous unfinished work by Action Nissan body shop..Boy oh Boy you would think if you take your car to the dealer where you originally purchased it, that they would take care of you, THINK AGAIN!! I could have taken by car to anything body shop for the service I received from Action body shop. I would like to thank Glenn Hartley for personally introducing himself on my first visit there, listening to my concerns and taking them seriously. I will also like to thank the two seasoned technicians that worked diligently on my car the several times it was there. One being, Thomas Adams, for this last trip at Rivergate. He went over my car top to bottom and inside and out even taking care of concerns I had no idea about. Garret Daniel, service advisor, took care of me as well. I would like to thank Calvin, my old service advisor, who also was involved in this successful attempt to get down to the problems of my 2010 maxima. Thanks!!! More

After purchasing a used 04 used Nissan Quest from and independent car lot I decided to bring it to Rivergate Nissan to have an Oil change. While there they discovered a few problems over a course of abou independent car lot I decided to bring it to Rivergate Nissan to have an Oil change. While there they discovered a few problems over a course of about a week. Everytime we noticed something else they brought me rignt in and would start working on my van. I have to say if I would have known the kind of service I was going to get I probably would have gotten a nissan sooner (not that I likr handing money over or haaving to have a vehicle worked on.) What got me was that I was treated with respecr and like I had been going there for years. Garrett went above and beyond the call of duty. Glen was amazing as well to even share a personal story to show me exactly what ihad bought. Kuddos to the service department. More
