We were looking for a certain kind of Titan truck and Brandion told us he was new and did not know all about the truck inventory yet. He asked Phillip for help in the matter. We returned on Monday and purchased the truck. Brandon gave us a tour of the service dept. which was very helpful. The finance dept.was very informative. The truck was washed and ready to take home in a matter of minutes....yes...we will recommend all our friends to shop at Rivergate Nissan for allllll their needs! More

I took my car in for routine oil change service. They were offering Ladies day special 1/2 price of oil change plus free manicure and goodie bag. Kim in the office/check out area was spectacular! My short oil change and check the rattle in my sunroof turned into a 5 hour ordeal. Jeff was kind through the process but tried to say my sunroof rattle was because it was not a factory product even after seeing the new window sticker from when I purchased the car. He had the service manager take a look. Everything was corrected in due time and the service manager was exceptionally helpful. My trust and confidence in Jeff has been greatly compromised. More
This is the second car that I have purchased through Nissan of Rivergate. This time I first contacted them through their (or someone's) site. That led me to Mr. Brock. He was great. Very friendly, knew what he was talking about and worked his butt off to get me in the car I wanted, for a price I wanted. I know I can be picky and annoying but he never let it phase him. I really appreciate him for it. When I'm ready to buy another car, I'll be going to Nissan of Rivergate, and if Mr. Brock is there, he will be the salesman I ask for. More
I was in a desperate fix. My car was unrepairable I NEEDED A CAR. Mr Scribner, Mr. Brock and Mr Andrelski Worked MAGIC. Found a new Frontier at MY PRICE and my finance terms. Didn't have one in stock so they went in the the Inventory Database and found the EXCACT TRUCK I WANTED. Oh I forgot to mention they were doing all this despite the TORNADO and power outages. The entire buying experience was superb. They don't pay these guys enough. Also I need to mention Garrett in the Service Dept. From the time I called him he was great. He and the entire service staff bent over backwards to assist me in my plight. This Service Dept is well worth the time to drive over there. If you are looking for the best Nissan Dealer in the Mid South this is the one. More
I went to look at and possibly purchase a used Nissan car. Mr. Nesbitt was very helpful and interested in my wants and needs to get me the best deal possible. After a few hours of looking and showing me different options, Mr. Nesbitt then worked hard to get me the best deal he could within my price range and monthly payment. After 4 LONG hours, I left with a new Nissan Juke. I had to return today to address a few more issues, and Mr. Nesbitt spent the time to show me more things about the car such as the Bluetooth, clock, and other various options. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone going there and purchasing a vehicle!! More

I was advised to take my car to Nissan of Rivergate and the first time I took my car they took care of all my concerns. Not only did they address my current concerns but they found previous unfinished work by Action Nissan body shop..Boy oh Boy you would think if you take your car to the dealer where you originally purchased it, that they would take care of you, THINK AGAIN!! I could have taken by car to anything body shop for the service I received from Action body shop. I would like to thank Glenn Hartley for personally introducing himself on my first visit there, listening to my concerns and taking them seriously. I will also like to thank the two seasoned technicians that worked diligently on my car the several times it was there. One being, Thomas Adams, for this last trip at Rivergate. He went over my car top to bottom and inside and out even taking care of concerns I had no idea about. Garret Daniel, service advisor, took care of me as well. I would like to thank Calvin, my old service advisor, who also was involved in this successful attempt to get down to the problems of my 2010 maxima. Thanks!!! More
Duane and crew worked out a difficult situation with a lease return(lease vehicle had many, many miles over the limit) and an additional vehicle to trade in on a new vehicle for me. My experience with Nissan of Rivergate and Philip Datillo were great. Philip took very good care of me before, during and after the transaction. Barbara Shanks was equally important during this transaction as she handled the financing portion of my transaction. Everyone made me feel welcomed and I was treated with respect. I would recommend this dealership to anyone I know looking to purchase a vehicle. I drove two hours to the dealership to purchase my new (2008) Nissan XTerra and am very satisfied with my purchase and the way I was treated. And to top it all off--I got a standing ovation when my deal was done. Great Place, Great People, Great Price!!! Thanks guys!!!! More
Was not looking for a Nissan when I went car shopping, but after going in to the store James stuck with me till we found a car I was comfortable with. Since I wasn't buying new there were a lot of options but after going in to the store James stuck with me till we found a car I was comfortable with. Since I wasn't buying new there were a lot of options. Their used car selection was one of the best I have seen. They had Altimas to Volkswagons I drove 3 different cars before settling on the 2006 Altima. Making the deal was the easiest part. James was very accomodating and there was no game playing. Here's my offer, here is what I can do then we settled on a price and the deal was done. Paper work was fast and I was out the door in a couple of hours. Wish I had stopped there first before wasting my morning at 2 other dealerships. More
