My rating is based on my current experiance with this dealership. I had horrible experiances when buying my 1st car here,but since sales managers have changed,things certainly got better. A car buying experience is exciting, however can be stressful, as well. The staff made my purchase absolutely fabulous! I went in looking for a car with great gas mileage at an affordabled price, my dealer took me directly to the Versa line and said it was the best fit. They never tried to show me a more expensive car the wh affordabled price, my dealer took me directly to the Versa line and said it was the best fit. They never tried to show me a more expensive car the whole process went quickly and efficiently. I received the friends of employees discount and have 1.9% interest rate for my financing. My payments are right where I want them and I'm extremely happy with my car. I drive about 950 miles a week and this car is doing great with gas mileage. I had to stop in to have a tire repaired the maintance shop fixed my flat tire, and also discovered my tire pressure gage was broken and replaced that as well. I was in and out very quickly and of course all maintaince was done free of charge thanks to my wonderful bumper to bumper warranty. I have already recommended Nissan of Rivergate to everyone I know and bragged constantly about the excellent treatment I have received from the everyone I have dealt with. More
