I shop hard when looking for a new car, and I always come back to Philip Daltilo at Rivergate Nissan. He is the most responsive and honest person I've ever come across in the business. On my 2011 Versa, I was ready to purchase elsewhere but wanted a different color. Without me asking, Philip got the desired color transferred in from another city the same day, and offered it to me for hundreds less than I almost paid! I came back to him for a new Leaf, and he had a price I couldn't beat no matter how hard I looked. I'm in and out in a heartbeat, and always feel like customer #1. Darren Simon helped close out the Leaf purchase. He was very knowlegeable and helpful. I would recommend him too. More
I TAKE MY 07 ALTIMA TO NISSAN RIVERGATE FOR SERVICE. GARRETT MET ME THE FIRST TIME I TOOK MY CAR IN. GARRETT WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE PROBLEMS I WAS HAVING. Dodge truck in dealership 2 miles down road from Nissan for minor repairs. Stopped to look at Altima coupe I've been eyeing on computer past few months. Saw general manager mark four 2011 Rouges down $350 for minor repairs. Stopped to look at Altima coupe I've been eyeing on computer past few months. Saw general manager mark four 2011 Rouges down $3500.00. Test drove Altima, not crazy about it. Salesman Ronelle Moore suggested best buy was Rogue. Test drove it and liked it. Talked to Mr Moore for about 2 hours, then Mr Williams a bit more, who gave me a Nissan cap, then finance manager, and we came to an agreement. Was not planning to purchase anytime soon, much less today. Experience was favorable enough that I am now a Nissan Rouge owner. Mr Moore is an honest, upright salesperson. I'm happy. Could someone teach me how to use GPS? My 2002 truck had crank down windows and manual door locks! I'm in a whole new world. Thanks to Rivergate Nissan. I went to Nissan Rivergate at 8:30 pm on a Thursday night after working over 12 hours that day. I really wasnt in the mood to go through the long, strenuous process of buying a vehicle. To make matters worst , my credit wasnt all too good. However before I left work, I completed my application on Nissan's website and headed to the dealership. When I got there, my sales person, Robert Gaddy was waiting for me with all of my paperwork and all we had to do was submit my information and offer to the bank. I didnt think I would leave that night with a brand new car, but I did. Thanks to Robert Gaddy I am the proud owner of a 2012 fully loaded Nissan Sentra (special Edition). I was pleased with my experience and I am so grateful to had a sales person who was not trying to sell me something that I couldnt afford just for the profit. I love Nissan Rivergate and I will send anyone who is in the market for a car especially a woman to that dealership. More
