I explained to Brandon I was trading in my car and my husbands truck but my husband couldn't bring the truck in as he is terminally ill and couldn't leave the house. We brought in our Rogue for a routine tire rotation and oil change. Everything was normal and fine until our service advisor came into the waiting room to tell us about a problem. Glenn walked us out to oil change. Everything was normal and fine until our service advisor came into the waiting room to tell us about a problem. Glenn walked us out to where our car was in the service area. The problem: the wheel lock key was not in the car and they needed to know if we could find out. We couldn't; in fact one never came with our car. The spare set was, unfortunately, not available at the time and there was no way to remove our tires to do the rotation OR fix the tire that they found a nail in. Glenn did not want us to drive a car with a nail in the tire. He told us he would order a wheel lock key for us to keep in the car and get us a rental car for the weekend so we didn't have to worry about being stranded with a flat. We were allowed to chose any rental from the fleet at no cost to us. When my husband returned the rental that Monday, he discovered that the entire service had been comped because of the situation. We greatly appreciated that this service department acknowledged a problem and immediately came up with a solution. The customer service was so good that we won't take our Rogue to any other dealership in town now for service. This service department puts the satisfaction of the customer before anything else.
