I went into this dealership with my Nissan employee discount, and even though the dealership couldn't make a huge profit, they still treated me very well. I felt comfortable there the whole time and wa discount, and even though the dealership couldn't make a huge profit, they still treated me very well. I felt comfortable there the whole time and was even fed lunch as i waited. The prices they have were only slightly marked up but still reasonable, and some things you save your money on like the 2 free oil changes. So overall its still fair pricing. I would recommend the dealership to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle, i felt welcome there and didn't feel like I was being jumped by a bunch of salesmen. The only thing I would recommend them changing would be a few less phone calls. I think I received 5 or 6 calls so far, of which only 2 of them were really necessary. So that could be a little annoying but it wasn't harassing by any means. Overall a pleasurable experience and I hope I won't have to go back for 10 to 15 years for another brand new vehicle. This will definitely be the first dealership I stop at again, and one I will be recommending to family and friends. More

I have never been more impressed with a service center. I purchased a 2011 Nissan at a small used lot. I knew it needed some body work at the time, and I researched dealerships in which to bring my truck for purchased a 2011 Nissan at a small used lot. I knew it needed some body work at the time, and I researched dealerships in which to bring my truck for repair. I ended up selecting Nissan of Rivergate. I brought my truck in for a quote on the repair. I was impressed by their online appointment system, as well as the easy arrival and check-in. John Paul Corey was “assigned” to my appointment, and he was friendly, thorough, as well as giving me a full point inspection free of charge, letting me know what was needed and where my truck stood for ongoing maintenance. I returned a second time to get a brake system flush, as recommended, and John Paul again was a pleasure to work with. I returned most recently a third time to complete the body/frame repair I was quoted on my initial visit. Unfortunately, a week prior – when my part arrived for repair, it was not checked. I was waiting – given a 2-3 hour estimate, and John Paul came to tell me that the part arrived bent. I was frustrated, but he was able to make suggestions for re-bending and we went ahead and used the part. He offered me a loaner car for free, it would take longer than he said because of this error; now I wasn’t inconvenienced for my day. John Paul contacted me a little later and said that – again, unfortunately – the parts team had misquoted him the part itself, told him the wrong information, and the part I needed/purchased wasn’t the broken part – but another part, 3x as expensive, and 3x the amount of labor. At this point – my truck sitting on the lift in pieces – I believe any other dealer/serviceman I had worked with in the past would have made me pay for both the extra parts and labor – even though it wasn’t my fault. John Paul went to bat for me, to the management, and made sure I wasn’t given the short end of the stick, and made sure that he kept his word and his quote to me. I am truly amazed at his level of customer service. I have never experienced this level of commitment from a dealer service center before. This has solidified my commitment to using Rivergate Nissan for ALL of my future work and general maintenance on my truck, as well as make Rivergate Nissan the first stop in the coming months for my wife’s new vehicle. More
I love rivergate nissan. They always take care of my car needs and are very customer focused. I forgot to get my oil changed and I'm headed out of town in the morning for the holidays so garret daniel car needs and are very customer focused. I have never been so amazed with excellent customer service and being treated as a person as I have with Rivergate Nissan. My salesman Brandon was outstanding and knew exactly what I wanted and took no service and being treated as a person as I have with Rivergate Nissan. I didn't have to sit at the dealership a whole day like I have done with other vehicle purchase. I was in and out in 2 hours, I went in the day before and picked what I wanted and gave all the details. Had to bring in for a small service issue. Glenn and Betsy have gone above and beyond to make sure that the issue gets corrected, because every new car should be perfect. I love this attitude. All promises that were made to me have way far been meet. I recommend everyone to give this trusty team your business. More

Their recent assistance with a CVT warranty issue was superb and is indicative of their commitment to Customer Service. My wife takes her Nissan to Rivergate for regular service without feeling she will be take advantage of. Whether a Lube/Oil/Filter service, or repair, we both trust the Rivergate Nissan Service Department. More

I took my frontier (which I bought from this dealership) in for it's regular service. Garrett came out and told me my battery was bad as the top blew open and was spitting acid.
