This is the Place to Go I always have a great experience at Nissan of Rivergate. In addition, I receive coupons from the dealership. I am a member of the one on one rewards, as well, so I receive credit for money I spend there. The reception area where I wait for my service to be completed is equipped with doughnuts, coffee, water,etc. and a tv for entertainment. Garrett Daniel is awesome! More
Just walked in without appointment I came there without appointment the bay just open for me to enter there I met besty newman she just said do you have an appointment I said no she sai I came there without appointment the bay just open for me to enter there I met besty newman she just said do you have an appointment I said no she said don't worry I will help I just I need oil changed she no problem gave me the time like an hour which it was fine with me but I kept on adding things for her to check on my truck she stood there and said sir yes sir that alone made my day and help me to buy stuff for my truck and because that I said to myself this is a place to be and I will be back please keep up the good work guys you have my trust thank you again. Service department customer satisfaction I have had three different cars serviced at Nissan of Rivergate, two of which I purchased new, A 2010 Murano and a 2014 Pathfinder. There are two peop I have had three different cars serviced at Nissan of Rivergate, two of which I purchased new, A 2010 Murano and a 2014 Pathfinder. There are two people there that stand well above any dealership service I have ever dealt with, Glenn Hartley and Betsy Newman. Over the years my wife and I have probably had 7 new vehicles between the two of us and by the same token used several different car dealerships, so it easy to compare them. Honestly there is no comparison. Betsy and Glenn have brought dealership service to a new level. I am happy to write this review because I am grateful for the fine service I have been given by them. My last trip to the service department was a tire problem that caused me much concern. It was resolved well beyond my expectations. This is just one of several instances that have amazed me there. Betsy Newman ROCKS!!! After my second visit to Nissan of Rivergate and working with Betsy Newman, I just had to write. My origanl vist was last summer and the air conditio After my second visit to Nissan of Rivergate and working with Betsy Newman, I just had to write. My origanl vist was last summer and the air conditioning had failed. Betsy set up a loaner car and kept me informed throughout the process of my repair. This vist was due to the check engine light coming on and then of course going off the moment I called. I was so relieved to hear Betsy was still their Service Advior, I knew things would go well. There was also a recall issue with a hood latch and I needed an oil change. Again Betsy exceeded my expectations and got me in and out in a very reasonable time. She had the mechanic do a courtesy 90K mile checkup and found no other concerns. With people like Betsy, Nissan of Rivergate will always have my business. The water boy filled his role yet I wonder if having sales and management would keep those individuals more in touch with their partons. JUst a thought!! More

Mason Floyd then made our whole car buying experience easy and enjoyable with his professional attitude and knowledge of our vehicle. He was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend him. Travis in finance was also great in advising on the best rates and rebates for us on our 2014 Frontier The entire Nissan team are professional and couteous. I was using their service department even before they became a Nissan dealer. I have purchased two Sentras and one Xterra because of their Service. One daughter purchased a Versa and my son purchased a became a Nissan dealer. I have purchased two Sentras and one Xterra because of their Service. One daughter purchased a Versa and my son purchased an Xterra all because of their great service. They do what is needed and only what is needed. Doing only what is needed has saved me hundreds of dollars over the years. They are fast, fair, friendly, competent and totally honest. I have over 160,000 miles on my Xterra and with their help expect to get more than 300,00 on it. Anyone can sell a car, but you have to know what you are doing to fix one, They know what they are doing. However one day when I came in late to pick up my vehicle, they only had one free doughnut left in the waiting room. But the coffee was fresh. I am 75 years old and they are the best service people I have encountered. More
