Professional, Fast and Friendly I'm one of those customers who will either love you or hate you. If I get what I came for without a big fuss and you provide good service.... well th I'm one of those customers who will either love you or hate you. I was headed to Atlanta to purchase my car and then Scott was so awesome and met the price I was traveling for so I purchased from Nissan of Rivergate. I wasn't looking forward to my first service due to past experiences where another dealer tried to sell me on a bunch of stuff or under preformed. Not the case with Nissan of Rivergate. They were faster than expected, didn't push back when I wanted to upgrade to synthetic oil and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. They are professional, fast and friendly at a fair price! Thank you! Even if I'm just having my oil changed, they do a free multi-point check so that I know if there are any problems. I book my appointments online and I receive coupons from the dealership. The reception area where I wait for my service to be completed is equipped with doughnuts, coffee, water, WiFi and a TV for entertainment. Garret Daniel is awesome! I have him saved in my contacts, since this is my 1st Nissan and he is always so patient and sweet to me when I call him, since I am usually freaking out on something. Thanks Garret. More

I like dealing with honest, sincere folks with a sense of humor and actual willingness to do whatever it takes to make the customer happy!! The entire service team that I have had the pleasure of working with at Rivergate Nissan have always treated me very good. I was there so much for a little while that I got to be on a first name basis with most of them (issues with tire specs, not their fault)!
