So, I have been looking to buy a truck. Going back and forth from Ford Ranger to Nissan Frontier. Finally I decided with Frontier. So I started looking. Called a few dealerships and was given some bogus n forth from Ford Ranger to Nissan Frontier. Finally I decided with Frontier. So I started looking. Called a few dealerships and was given some bogus numbers added to the MSRP. NO discounts. I am not going to name those dealerships. Finally two days ago, I stumbled upon this frontier that the Nissan of Rivergate had. I called and Justin answered. I was to the point about the driveout price and Justin answered straight up. No run arounds. I was happy about it. We agreed upon the price and than I asked him about the financing APR. And again he was right on the point. No nonsense , no pressure of any kind. From the first call to the last one, which happened within 2 hours, I had closed the deal. Thank you Justin for an honest transaction. I picked up the truck today. David helped big time on the paperwork. I was out the door driving my new truck with a broad smile in less than 75 minutes. I will recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone with my full heart. Being a Spock fan, I want to say " Live Long & Prosper " Nissan of Rivergate. I will certainly deal with this dealer before going any where. Thank you very much. More

I went here to look at a Versa. When I pulled onto the lot there were four people standing at the front of the building staring. Before I could get out of my car there was a guy (the trainee) standing ou lot there were four people standing at the front of the building staring. Before I could get out of my car there was a guy (the trainee) standing outside my door. Chris and his trainee were very pushy and overbearing. No social distancing here - every time I tried to take a step I bumped into one or both of them. I'm 5'5', Chris is about 6'3" and it felt like he was using his size to intimidate. I walked away even though I knew which car I wanted and was ready to purchase. There are better ways to sell a car. This site is forcing me to click a star - I wouldn't give the dealership or the salesman any. More
Professional staff but misrepresented vehicles. I convinced my wife to drive three hours to this dealership for a misrepresented vehicle. I worked with Sales Associate Nikki, she was professional and nice, but the vehicle that my wife and I were interested in had major defects that were not disclosed in the ad or over the phone. Vehicle was not in acceptable driving condition on the lot. The radio was inoperable, there was no rear windshield wiper, and there were no valve stem caps on any of the tires. To reiterate none of these issues were disclosed upon asking for information. More

Don't take your vehicle to be serviced at Nissan of Rivergate take it to another dealership. Waited in a cold waiting area for an hour in a half for an oil change and a tire rotation. The service technicians ransack my vehicle and stole from me! That's probably why it took them so long to do the maintenance or who knows if the maintenance was even done. This is a shame and Mike the Manager over the service department didn't seemed bothered by it. I have a Honda Accord also and never had a problem from Honda employees ransacking my vehicle. Take your belongings out of your vehicle before getting maintenance done. We will be going else where. More
Treated Like Family I have been helping my parents look for a new vehicle since their lease was about to end. We went to several dealerships but were not satisfied with the customer service. I called Nissan of Rivergate and talked with Jason Moore (Sales Manager) about getting a quote for them. He responded quickly with an email quote. I continued to converse about different options and he continued to respond quickly. I was impressed. So I took my parents to the dealership to make final decisions. We worked with Nikki Wallace. She was a jewel. Very warm and personable. She made us feel comfortable right away. She treated us like family. Nikki and Jason worked through the pricing with us without any pressure. We then went into the finance office to finish up and worked with Joe Fyke (Finance Manager). He was such a nice guy and very personable as well. He made the signing process fun and simple. We also met Ted Williams (General Manager) in the process. He was out doing things on the lot that you typically don't see a GM do. It was obvious he was very invested and humble enough to do whatever it took even if it meant cleaning up a car himself. I really can't say enough nice things about the people we worked with at Nissan of Rivergate. They appear to have a good thing going there! We were told that the Hayes family is not in this for the money but that they truly care and enjoy what they do. I believe they foster this in their employees. So thank you Mr. Williams, Jason, Nikki, Joe and Phillip for making our experience of leasing a new vehicle pleasurable. We will be back! More
