My Pathfinder 2022 has been in the service area for over a week- last Wednesday. They still do not know what is wrong with it or how long it will take. I had to call everyday multiple times to finally get a a week- last Wednesday. They still do not know what is wrong with it or how long it will take. I had to call everyday multiple times to finally get a hold of the one in charge of the case but they had no updates. Got a call on Tuesday, still no clear update aside from it possibly being due to rodents. Asked to speak to the manager but was given the runaround. I am truly appreciative of Nissan in Hackensack NJ- this is not the first time the rodents messed with the Pathfinder, they new what it was the same day I took it and had it back to me in 4 days, updating me every step off the way. More
Scheduled appointment for 7:30 but was told appointments don’t mean that the work will get done at that time. Called to find out status but they filed the truck under the wrong name. I used to get my oil changes free and I was not informed ahead of time that the management changed and now there is a cost. Also after my oil was changed, the mechanic did not put a new service sticker in m ahead of time that the management changed and now there is a cost. Also after my oil was changed, the mechanic did not put a new service sticker in my windshield to let me know when my next oil change would be do. My car was washed but was poorly vaccumed. I usually always get good service, so I was truly disappointed and dissatisfied!! More

I did not have a good purchasing experience. Preston (salesperson) promised a lot of things prior to the purchase. After the purchase, it was a task trying to get the promises fulfilled. I have to return my vehicle at least three times to have repairs done properly. At one point the vehicle had been in the shop longer (3weeks) than I had had it after purchasing it. The sales staff leaves much to be desired. I will never purchase there again, or recommend anyone else to purchase there. Debbie and Scott in the service department worked patiently with me to get as much done as they could. Very personable I appreciate their efforts. More

I’ve been bringing my vehicles to this dealership for many years. Very disappointed in prices being charged and length of time I had to wait ( almost 4 hours) for 100,000 mile service.
