Repair charges are much too high. I have been a 12 year loyal consumer of repair services but no longer. Debbie needs to tell everyone else how to handle checking the status of vehicles that are not Nissans when parts are in order. I called 5 times each time I was directed to the various departments over the c the status of vehicles that are not Nissans when parts are in order. I called 5 times each time I was directed to the various departments over the course of 3 weeks. I needed to check the status of parts ordered for a Ford Escape. The parts department told me to call Ford on one occasion and second call I was directed to the service department. The first time I spoke to the service department I was told to call Ford and also that they don’t order parts for Fords. I bought the car used 3 weeks ago from Nissan of Richmond didn’t matter. Second call I left my number asked them to have the service department manager call me. I never received a call. I ended up driving an hour out to the service department and spoke with Debbie. The parts were in and she scheduled me for an install the next day. Over a bad experience with parts and service because not everyone is aware that cars bought used from Nissan of Richmond are serviced there and parts are ordered. After several calls I should have been able to get some type status. I left my number for numerous people to call me back never got a call and no one knew how to help me. So this was not a good experience at all. Hopefully the car holds up and I don’t have to go back there for service. I would go to Ford first hoping they take the warranty I bought through Nissan of Richmond. Parts department had no knowledge of anything Debbie pulled the parts checked the status of the parts and everything. More
