0 STARS. On 7/17/23 I brought my car in (that was bought in April 2023 from this dealership) for an engine malfunction notification for the third time. On 7/2 On 7/17/23 I brought my car in (that was bought in April 2023 from this dealership) for an engine malfunction notification for the third time. On 7/21/23, I was notified the service was complete and to pick up my car. As I am driving back home, the same light comes on. I return the car immediately. On 7/22/23, I was notified the service was complete and to pick up my car. On 7/23/23 at 3:40 pm, the same light comes back on. I have been attempting to call the service department since 7/24/23 with no success. More

Anton from sales was rude and being very arrogant and service team was acting clueless about details regarding my vehicle that just got serviced. I had to ask for a service report for the diagnostic test that was done on my car which should have been given to me once the keys to my vehicle was turned back over to me. Pretty sad that personnel who have encounters with public were not better than that. Definitely would not recommend. More
My car was there the first time for over six hours to fix the air conditioner. Never had a problem until recently went there to see about my shaking when driving. Found out about after 4pm what may caused the problem she told me it was my tires and I said ok how much. When she was walking away she was shooting numbers to me like she was rushing. Cause I really wanted tires on my car. About quarter til and 10 mins 5pm. Employees from the auto was clocking out to leave to go home already. So no one had time to put them on smh. More
When I purchased my Nissan, I was given Nissan for Life, meaning free oil changed and state inspections. We’ve also asked them to correct the phone number on our account at least a dozen times and it has never happened. Needless to say, we won’t be taking the car here anymore and I won’t be purchasing from Nissan of Richmond again. More
