Asked why and was told they had striped and broken the bolts on my wheels and had to get replacement parts. UNBELIEVABLE!!! WHAT GOOD IS A DEALERSHIP THAT CANNOT CHANGE OIL OR TURN A BOLT IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION. Wish I still had my HONDA ELEMENT. Never had these issues with West Broad Honda. Bad Quality on Service Center I got 2 bad experiences on Service Center already. The first time is about 2 months ago which I waited more than 2 and half hours to get my state insp I got 2 bad experiences on Service Center already. The first time is about 2 months ago which I waited more than 2 and half hours to get my state inspection done. The second time is today that the original service writer didn't explain to me why my bill went from $400 to $500. He left early and his colleague tried to explain that $400 is only original "estimated". Honestly, I expect that they will explain more details to customer but what I got is only 10% discount without any other details. The funny thing is that my car's service engine light is on after I left, so I drove back to the service center 10 minutes later, waiting for another 15 minutes to see what happened. One technician told me that there is one component didn't reset back correctly. They charged me $298.86 on labor cost (after 10% discount) in my bill. Unfortunately, I don't think their service and quality are worthy for me to pay that much. I don't think I will go back to their service again. More

The car was damaged when the service driver Matt backed my car into another vehicle, because he didn't know how to drive a manual transmission. I had to speak to the executive Vice President Ms Enu who offered to have the car touched up by their paint repair team. I wasn't satisfied with the results. You can still see were the car was nicked from the person that should have never been behind the wheel of my car due to the lack of his driving skills. On 5/3/17 my rim was damaged when I came in for a oil / tire rotation. The service manager on both occasions was rude and nasty. Ms Enu head of the Nissan offered to see if their wheel specialist would be able to correct the damages. I went to alloy wheel repair off of Hendricks rd in Midlothian Va. They repaired the damaged on the wheel that Nissan of Richmond caused. When I called to inform Ms Enu that I was able to get my wheel, that they damaged fixed. She informed me, that she would send me a refund check for the repair. She also asked that I take my car to another Nissan dealership for future services. The service managers name that I dealt with on both occasions last name was Mr Wallace. Take my advice if you want your car looking like it was prior to a service; And expect honest and good work, don't bother taken your car here. Once you leave there with the purchase of a new car, everything about this dealership is down hill going forward. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there. Mark was the service advisor on 2/17/17 and Robert was the advisor on 5/3/17. I also noticed a revolving door of new employees all the time, that's not a good sign. More

AT FIRST WE WERE TURNED AWAY THEN AFTER ALL OF THE COMPLAINTS I WAS TOLD BY SHEEHY THAT THE SALE PRICE OF LOCATION ON BROAD STREET WAS DISCOUNTED BY THE AMOUNT AND NUMBER OF THE VIP MEMBERS SO WE COULD CONTINUE TO GET SERVICE FROM THAT LOCATION, TODAY I WAS TURNED AWAY AND WAS TOLD THEY NO LONGER HONOR THE PROGRAM FOR VEHICLES NOT PURCHASED FROM THEM DIRECTLY. I WAS DISMISSED AND TOLD TO GET MY ONEY BACK FROM SHEEY (WHO ESSENTIALLY ALREADY PAID THEM). TOTAL TRUST IS LOST ON THIS COMPANY WHO HAD BEEN HONORING THE VIP MEMBERSHIP FOR MORE THAN A YEAR AND THEN JUST DECIDED NOT TO. WHO DOES THAT? The sales and finance went fine but since day one of dealing with the Service Department I have been very disappointed. Free oil changes are fine when they don't take all day even with an appointment. I have had some issues with a few things that I thought were minor but obviously they cannot seem to fix them. After leaving my car for service for an entire week I called to see if I was entitled to a rental car and they said that I was. It would have been nice to have been told that upfront. I have had terrible dealings with the service department not calling me back but saying they left message. Than stating they dialed wrong number. I mean come on!!! Don't out rightly lie to me. Got my vehicle back and was told they fixed one issue but I would need to bring it back in to deal with the other issue because the part they ordered three weeks ago has not came in yet. I bring back my rental pick up my vehicle and the first day driving it I notice that the issue they said was fixed is NOT fixed. My vehicle has been there for almost three weeks and it is still NOT fixed. I am very upset. I call and of course have to leave a message. Hopefully they will call me back and not the wrong number. I feel as if I am stuck now with a car that I don' want!! I am tired of wasting my time driving all the way out there just to turn around and come back. A simple thing like I have never received an owners manual for my vehicle. I was told he could send it to my email PDF form. What the xxxx. I want an Owners Manual. An actual book to put in my glove compartment. When I get my oil changed I would like someone to re-set the alarm that states "Service Due Now". I don;t want to get in my car each morning to look at that! The only person that has been a joy to deal with is Adam in Finance. He has always been honest with me and helpful. More

The employees are also incredibly unhelpful and never update you on the status of your vehicle. They have free doughnuts and coffee though...so thats nice. More

One of the things I liked about this dealer was the offer of free oil changes and free state inspections. The issue comes in when you have to actually use the service. I had a recall on my vehicle, which I was told would take about an hour and a half. I made an appointment to get the recall taken care of and an oil change. I was waiting on my car, since it is my only vehicle. Three hours later, no one had even touched my car! It took FIVE HOURS WITH AN APPOINTMENT to complete two hours of work. What is the point of an appointment? The next issue I had was when I called almost three weeks before my state inspection was going to run out to make an appointment. I was told that the manager suggests that you leave the car, since it takes THREE TO FIVE HOURS to get a state inspection done. FIVE HOURS???? Since my car is used for business, I need my car. Their suggestion was to rent a car from them for the day to the tune of $30! Someone needs to explain to them how to actually set appointments appropriately, so that people can get their cars worked on, and not spend the entire day at their facility. My experience with them is they feel they have enough business, and couldn't care less if I take mine elsewhere. DON'T FALL FOR THE "FREE" SERVICES! You can't get them unless you can be without your car ALL DAY for even the most minor services. More

Made an appointment to return,advisor called an informed me that it wasn't the Pinon but an axel leak okay fine fix it please. Mind you I haven't notice a leak or evidence of this in my parking spot. Return for my truck engine light still on. Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa Ms. MITCHELL we didn't know the light was on we will recheck. Now you tell me the catalytic converter is bad.. So I have paid $500.00 to get my truck fix but the problem still present. Mr. J. Johnson informed me that the notes in the computer said I came in for a leak, that's lie number 1, He said he would locate the paperwork an call back lie number 2 A representative (survey) called she said the same no call back #3.Bring the vehicle back in let's see what we can do Nothing sat there 3 hours to hear you need to replace not one but two catalytic converter. And the list goes on . And on a closing note had my oil changed no sticker in window so when I returned for the last visit I mention it a sticker was placed but not for my vehicle I have over 100,000 this sticker read change done at 36000 really. I had to foot the bill for a $155 dollar brake fluid change and $124 for filter changes. At my local Bonair mechanic, Doug at BP the charges would've been $64 for brake fluid change $18 for air filter he doesn't charge to put it in because "it is so easy" and $35 for cabin filter change !! When I spoke to the manager explaining that my son didn't understand how over priced that the charges were and that he was there for the oil change he was defensive and rude . I asked for a discount and he said he had considered it but because I suggested they were charging too much he wouldn't do it because "he didn't like my attitude" Johnathan Johnson Well we purchased our car there and have gone there for collision repair but they've lost a customer for life . Go see the most honest mechanic in Virginia Doug at BP in Bonair !! for any repair or maintenance!! More
