Chandra at Nissan of Richmond deserves 10 stars. I took my car in for service right at the beginning of covid 19 which caused delays. Infiniti wanted me to produce a Unicorn for some reason to fix my car and needed service reports of routine maintenance. Chandra found them! Great customer service! Nissan of Richmond went above and beyond servicing my car when I only requested an oil change and tire rotation. Something was wrong with one of my tires and they fixed it free of charge and threw in a courtesy wash. And all was done in a timely fashion.
