I was contacted by a car for Nissan to get an oil change, she assured me to have it done for about $14...advised I was unemployed and no unemployment benefits received yet. When I got there I was greeted wit she assured me to have it done for about $14...advised I was unemployed and no unemployment benefits received yet. When I got there I was greeted with a smile from Phil Weinman. He asked what I came in for and I explained what I was told. The coupon was not visible and he gave me prices that did not have a coupon....fast forward-as my 1st check in, HE TOOK GREAT CARE OF ME!!! He even washed my car!!!! Thank you Phil and Nissan for such a GREAT EMPLOYEE!!!!!!!! More

Best service visit ever My appointment was for state inspection and an oil change. I’ve had some pretty bad experiences at Nissan in the last few years but the last few visits have been Greta thanks to Phil. Not only does Phil make sure things are done quickly so I don’t have to sit ar last few years but the last few visits have been Greta thanks to Phil. Not only does Phil make sure things are done quickly so I don’t have to sit around with my baby, he is courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. I had an issue with my car after my last service so I called Phil up and he made sure everything was made right. I’m so grateful for this unfortunate issue being turned into a great experience that restored my faith in Nissan of Richmond. More
