I had a 2:30pm appointment for the 75,000 mile service on my car. I expected to wait at least 1.5 to 2 hrs before my car was ready. My service advisor was Seth. I always hear people say they don’t like to take their cars back to the dealership when servicing their vehicles, it’s because of Phil I do. We do our basic oil changes and maintenance of the car, but when those lights start popping up on the dashboard, the dealership is the last place I want go and Phil always make me feel like we got this! Phil gives me his advice on what needs immediate attention and and the work we can do down the line...that’s a relief for me. I can trust that I won’t be mislead and that means a lot to me, loyalty.
