I had a 2:30pm appointment for the 75,000 mile service on my car. I expected to wait at least 1.5 to 2 hrs before my car was ready. My service advisor was Seth. Because of Phil I don’t worry like I use to when getting my car serviced. We do our basic oil changes and maintenance of the car, but when those lights start popping up on the dashboard, the dealership is the last place I want go and Phil always make me feel like we got this!
