So I dealt with Phil and Derrick here. Both are PHENOMENAL! So my 2019 Rogue has a Bluetooth stereo with Apple CarPlay. It is awesome but had to be replaced due to a factory defect. The same issue came up and I called to get it replaced again. I was very frustrated. Phil was the one to help me on the phone and immediately made me feel better by offering complimentary tank of gas and oil change for my trouble. We have 3 Nissan vehicles, 2 purchased from this same dealership. It was these sorts of gestures as a thank you for our business that led us to continue coming here for service, although it is more expensive than other places. I came morning of my appointment and I was late to work, frustrated again. Derrick realized this and volunteered to squeeze me in THAT same Saturday. If you don’t know, Saturday visits are not easy to come by. Especially in the SAME week. Because of these two people I am feeling even more happy to continue coming to a dealership that appreciates my business and demonstrates that through actions. More
On my way to work on 9/18/20 around 9am, my tire pressure light came on and I was concerned that my tire may have a nail or leak somewhere. I called Nissan which is conventionally in route to work.
