I am so disappointed and angry with their services. For 2 times, they didn’t fix my car. First they said the part came was broken or damaged. Then they called me after 1 week to say the part is here. When I dropped off my car, they said the part will come the next day. Then today my husband and I went to pick up my car because I was so angry for bad services. Are they kidding me , it supposed to be the Nissan of Richmond, great dealer and great services but it wasn’t. I will not upgrade with them and I will change my car. More
