Too busy for effective customer service. My service appointment started out positive but that’s all I can say. They called to tell me my car was complete but never left a voicemail or follow up call. When I got there, I had to remind them of their service special and get my bill readjusted. My paperwork was missing the heralded “multipoint inspection” write up and upon looking at the bill, the mechanic noted that my brake fluid needed “immediate” assistance but this was NOT communicated to me. I will be getting brake service done, but it won’t be at Nissan. More
Was not satisfied with the service provided. I opted for drop in for a thumping noice from rear wheel 11:15 AM on Friday. No communication what so ever on status. I called in myself 4 times and finally got drop in for a thumping noice from rear wheel 11:15 AM on Friday. No communication what so ever on status. I called in myself 4 times and finally got update around 5:30 that wheel bearing on left rear wheel is worn out and would be replaced before 12 on Saturday. No communication on Saturday as well. I called back at 12 to check and was told that would get car back before 3 PM. 1 Pm got call to pick up car. Reached there and was given with the list of service and asked to pick car from outside. Checked the services and found that no bearing was changed. Only a nail in rear wheel was removed and patched. For this it took almost a day + with false communication or diagnosis. Really not happy. Would prefer to go somewhere else to get even regular maintenance starting next time. More
The worst experience since we but out car 2 years ago... the man at the front desk rude and not helpful at all, the manager at service was the only one that knows how to satisfy a customer. We when for and oil change and thinking to change our vehicle but with this experience not happening here, the car was in there for more then 3hrs and they didn’t was it as usual the left the vehicle oil all over, not happy at all with the treatment that we got from the man at the front desk that he first said he was just the front desk man and then he said he was on top of everyone, BS..
