I have been coming to this dealership since I bought my vehicle in 2015, and the customer service has been awesome. I like to bring my pathfinder to the dealership at least once a year for inspection. I specifically wanted to know about my shocks. The receipt says my service advisor was Phillip. He greeted me when I came in and clarified what my expectations were eventhough I already made an appointment. This was good because it gave me a chance to ask for an oil change in addition to the diagnostic process. Phillip gave me a time frame for the service and gave me a mini tour of the waiting area. I was surprised Phillip stopped to show me where everything was because his vibe seemed like he was moving as fast as he could to get cars in and out. The receipt said my technician was Christin. This must have been the woman rushing around. I love the sense of urgency they had. It irritates me when I'm waiting on a service and it seems like the employees are playing around. This was not the case with Phillip and Christin. I also like how Phillip worded the process for service. I expected to spend at least $1000, but I could tell Phillip was trying to inform me of prices and upcharges without insulting me. For example, "Sure we can get that done, it's only a slight difference in price." I already know how much it costs to service my vehicle, but it leaves an opportunity for the customer to ask, "how much more". Another thing that made me comfortable with the diagnostic results and invoice was Phillip was not aggressively trying to convince me how important it was to get the work done to my vehicle. Even when it came to something as simple as the battery he wasn't pushy. Phillip simply reviewed the information with me and asked how I wanted to proceed. While I was waiting, Tony came to say hi and offered to show me what my options were for a newer car, but I'm focused on buying another house. More

I took my car in because the clock stopped working. While there they fixed that, rotated the tires and changed the oil. The mechanic explained that the software needed updating and if the issue still occurre there they fixed that, rotated the tires and changed the oil.
