Made appt online for oil change- was gruffly told when I arrived by a man with his mask under his nose that it would be 2 hours because "it's first come, first served" and I "shouldn't have been able to mak arrived by a man with his mask under his nose that it would be 2 hours because "it's first come, first served" and I "shouldn't have been able to make an appointment for those online". Was the last person in the waiting room, was told by a different (much nicer, more professional gentleman) he "worked some magic" for my zero balance but it should have been included as part of my service contract anyway. Was then informed the dealership is under new ownership and those aren't valid anymore. Got home and saw I received wrong customer's multi-point inspection report (not my name). More

I feel that Rocking is a place I can feel good about my wife going and being safe and well taken care of. Derek was amazing as well. Having to use a special lift for our NV he made sure that I knew all the details about what to expect. This is why I drive past on Nissan to go an extra 30 mins for services.
