This as usual was a horrible experience. I dropped my car off for a 10am APPOINTMENT and never received a call. When I finally called to check in because it had been 4 hours despite being told that my vehicl off for a 10am APPOINTMENT and never received a call. When I finally called to check in because it had been 4 hours despite being told that my vehicle would be ready by 12:30 I was told that there had been a voicemail left on my phone. (I never got this). When I got to the service area to pick my car up the guy Ron told me he never left a voicemail and that his peer was the one who said that to me. I feel that this dealership does not care about you once they get you in a vehicle. It is sad. I can rely on them for poor customer service and that is about it. I have never written a complain but I have had it up to here with the disrespectful tones and condescending conversations. Also In relation to the current pandemic Ron and another service provider had their mask below their nose and not worn appropriately. More
