This dealership is the worst dealership that I have ever dealt with. I bought my 2020 Nissan Versa from this location back in 2020. On 7/24/23 I took my car to the service department to replace all 4 of my dealt with. I bought my 2020 Nissan Versa from this location back in 2020. On 7/24/23 I took my car to the service department to replace all 4 of my tires. Nothing was wrong with my car as I always keep up with the regular maintenance. I just needed new tires put on my car. I pick my car up the same day and it’s driving terribly. Constant shaking and vibrating while I’m driving. I take my car back on 7/25/23. I dropped it off and picked it up on 7/26/23. I was told that there was a “weight malfunction” on the 2 front tires and that they were rebalanced. This time my car was driving a little better but was still shaking and vibrating above 50 mph. I take my car back on 7/28/23 and explain all of this to a service advisor. The service advisor then goes and explains all of this to the manager in front of me and the manager says “she can drop it off but we’ll get to it when we get to it. We have 50 appointments today”. I am extremely appalled at the lack of customer service by the manager. I should not have to take my car back to this service center 3 times in one week for something as routine as replacing tires. After reading similar reviews, it seems like this service center doesn’t know what they’re doing and the managers don’t care about the customers. I would advise everyone to take their money elsewhere. The sales department is just as bad. More

It is extremely clean, they were extremely professional impolite with me, and they explained everything about my vehicle without overcharging me. Thinking I was at a Priority dealership I thought I was getting a free oil change. At no point throughout the whole experience; making the appointment or checking in, did I get told an estimate for the wo getting a free oil change. At no point throughout the whole experience; making the appointment or checking in, did I get told an estimate for the work that was going to be done until once it was done. So instead of free, I'm now faced with a $76 bill! and all I get is "sorry but the work is already done". Ok, if this is the way you do business... Then go ahead and have my $76, but I definitely won't be coming back. More
