Thinking I was at a Priority dealership I thought I was getting a free oil change. At no point throughout the whole experience; making the appointment or checking in, did I get told an estimate for the wo getting a free oil change. So instead of free, I'm now faced with a $76 bill! and all I get is "sorry but the work is already done". Ok, if this is the way you do business... Then go ahead and have my $76, but I definitely won't be coming back. More
