When it's time to purchase another car, you will definitely be my first choice to compare options. Perhaps my only complaint is that I paid $206 on 1/18/19 (Invoice NICS163834) to fix the engine definitely be my first choice to compare options. Phil in service was great! He got me in and out and explained everything so that I could understand it. He even let me know what was coming up next service wise. The sales department on the other hand explained everything so that I could understand it. He even let me know what was coming up next service wise. The sales department on the other hand was rude, pushy, and disrespectful. I spend a lot of time in this dealership with 2 older Nissans, and a New one we purchased elsewhere. This dealership has great potential if whomever is running the sales department would stop driving business into the ground. As for now, any purchasing of vehicles I do, will be done elsewhere until there is a change in leadership. Keep it up Service department! All of you are the reason I keep coming back!! More
