Took my car in because the check engine light was on, just to make sure everything was okay. They said my car would be done in the afternoon (I brought it in when they opened at 7:30am) and it wasn’t don just to make sure everything was okay. They said my car would be done in the afternoon (I brought it in when they opened at 7:30am) and it wasn’t done for another day because they didn’t have time to look at it the day I brought it in... even though they scheduled me for that day because they have time available. They also did not notify me of the status of my car. I called 3 times (to be hung up on twice) when I asked about where my car was and if I could pick it up. When I got my car back (more than 24 hours later) and wasn’t given a loaner car- I’m pretty sure this breaks my lease with them because they did not provide me with a vehicle when repairing my current lease. Ended up nothing was wrong with it, the engine light went on because the gas cap wasn’t screwed on enough or something silly. When I finally got my car back, it REEKED of cigarettes as if someone took a joyride in my car while smoking a box of cigarettes with the windows rolled up. I almost threw up from the smell driving home with my windows down and it took about a week for my car to finally air out/sprayed with a bunch of air purifiers. Last time I brought my vehicle in I had a great experience so not sure what has happened in the past few months. Not looking forward to taking back my car next time I have a problem with it. More

Service department was helpful and prompt. There was a sales person in the service bay who wouldn't take i dont want to sell my car as an acceptable answer. This individual never took his air pods out of his ears. They then called me at least twice while I was sitting in the dealership. Incredibly rude and inconsiderate of my opinion. Completely separate and I doubt anyone even knew. There was a cigarette butt next to the gas pedal. I assume that it was just stuck to the bottom of their shoe and didn't know it. I just threw it away and didn't think anything else of it. More
