I was verbally abused by Advisor Donetra. I nicely asked her for a copy of the diagnostic of my Nissan. She refused to provide that info and told me: "Get that xxxx out of here". Hospitality was awesome and I received good and honest service. What I thought was wrong with my vehicle wasn't the problem and Nissan didn't take advantage. Thought I was going to leave with a $100 plus service. What I thought was wrong with my vehicle wasn't the problem and Nissan didn't take advantage.
