Carmen was amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of, and did everything she could to make this experience as easy as it could be. I thought the recall maintenance for my hood wouldn’t take so long. I waited for my car for almost 2 1/2hours although I had an appointment at 10:30.
