I came for a service to this location a few years ago and I was not impressed. Fortunately, lately (April 2023), it appears that someone has paid attention to the actual customers needs and constructive crit I was not impressed. Fortunately, lately (April 2023), it appears that someone has paid attention to the actual customers needs and constructive criticism. I needed a state inspection and they fit me into the schedule very quickly. They were on time to receive my car. And even so, it took about 2 1/2 hours of wait time, I think the service was of the highest quality. Since I am able to do a lot of my work on my computer, I enjoyed the waiting area. I guess my only issue with it is the loud music and the TV noise that honestly, no one seems to be watching. If anything, I would suggest to yes, leave the TV on and turn on captions so that the noise does not mixes up with the music, and then it becomes a little more enjoyable to be in the waiting area. Besides that, the service was excellent, My customer service specialist was so concerned about the wait time that they were able to give me a considerable discount which I found unnecessary but very considerate on their part. I think that it shows the respect to people’s time and the concern for outstanding customer service. In the end, that is what matters. That is what brings you back to businesses. Thank you very much.
