My experience at the dealership seemed a bit deceiving. I waited and then was told by Carmen that my key was faulty and likely a knock off OEM key, I was told that I would have to pay $170 for the attempt, and my option would be to purchase a key thru nissan and pay approximately $400 in addition to the initial $170. After a few minutes I agreed to go forward with the service as I was in a pinch because I had already gotten my car towed there. A few minutes later carmen comes back out and informed my they were able to get it programmed but with many caveats as they continued to claim the key was fake. The caveats were all of the features that are unavailable when the battery of the fob is dead. It is absolutely ridiculous to me that the service technician dod not think to replace the battery, once I did so the keys works absolutely perfectly. I do not fault carmen, but the communication from the technician thru carmen to me seemed a bit fishy and made me uncomfortable to ever use Nissan service again. More
Service was not provided on the first visit and I had to bring the vehicle back a second time since the recall wasn’t done. Was offered a rental car by service staff which I thought was a kind offer. Dropped off my vehicle and drove the rental to work as a county employee. Left work at 4:30 pm, filled the rental with gas and returned the rental same day. It was confirmed that all the services were completed as requested and service staff gave me an oil change free of charge. However, weeks later as of 5/1. I was charged 50.00, called Nissan of Richmond and the rental car staff states that I returned the rental car empty and dropped it at a different location. Which is not true, and why would staff charge my account without notice or talking to me first? Especially, when I had services weeks earlier, why charge me now and not communicate. I’m very disappointed with the services it’s interrupted my work day and I don’t feel like I can trust this location to have a service completed. The rental car situation just took me over the edge. I will not touch another rental from Nissan. On a better note, I’m thankful for Debbie in services because, I would have never known if the services weren’t completed. Thanks Debbie! More

Two of the last times I have been in for service, the service department has been great! Debbie is great to work with! I never have any issues, but when I have paid for my service and come after service service department has been great! Debbie is great to work with! I never have any issues, but when I have paid for my service and come after service hours to pick up after being told by the cashier that I can come into the lobby and pick up my keys with no problems. I have been greeted by Paula Quick who seems to always be rude and not helpful! Told that the service department is closed and they can not get my keys for me even though I was told I could and it was already paid for. How is there no one in that building that would not have access to the keys for customers to pick up??? Ended up a sales person had to go and get the keys for me! When I spend $1500 in your business the customer service from Owner Loyalty Manager should be much better than what it is! I love my Nissan and the service by Debbie but after my last two experiences I will consider another dealership when I am ready to buy again! More
I always feel good coming to this Location to get my vehicle serviced. I think it has a lot to do with the way I’m treated by the staff, from the time I pull in to the time I leave I’m met with courteou vehicle serviced. I think it has a lot to do with the way I’m treated by the staff, from the time I pull in to the time I leave I’m met with courteous and professional individuals throughout the process.
