I was there for an oil change. Donnie Washington was very professional and friendly. She new I had to get to work so she did all she could to get me in and out. Great experience. Communication was lacking. Scott the manager did not follow through on his promise to contact our insurance company to get all of the damage documented and paid for. Instead, he closed out the account 10 days after making that promise without contacting the insurance or us. At that point, I’d been calling the service department for two days, and the phone was never answered, even after letting it ring 10+ times. I know that they have caller ID, because of their responses to my previous calls. I have to assume that they were not answering my calls on purpose. It took my wife going to the dealership and standing in front of the service desk employees to get information and to get our car fixed. We will never go back. More
On Thursday my car stalled on broad street. I was a nervous wreck. My car completely shut down. I couldn’t use my hazard lights, couldn’t coast the car off the road. I was frantic. I had my car towed to Nissan anticipating it was going to cost a lot to repair. Come to find out the battery cables were loose! Donnie once again was my service person. She had the mechanics tightened the cables and I picked up my car that afternoon! No charge! What a blessing! I appreciate the integrity and honesty of Donnie and the team. Another great experience. The staff was professional and friendly, the overall service was decent at best but it took a long time just to get an oil change and I was the fourth car first thing in the morning, it took three and a service was decent at best but it took a long time just to get an oil change and I was the fourth car first thing in the morning, it took three and a half hours, the service didn't used to take so long for just a simple oil change with an included tire rotation, also price of the oil change is gone up and makes me consider going to another competitor More
I sat from 12:30 until 4p. I was never advised of the status of my service. The young lady at the desk, never checked in with me. I had to ask if my car was ready. She spent her time talking instead of helping the customers. They found 4 things wrong with my car but because I was not advised prior to my service being completed, I know have to return to have them completed when, had I been advised, could have taken care of it that same day.
