I got charged $65 for a simple oil change which was acceptable BUT what was not acceptable was the fact that I had to wait 3 hours and at the end all of my car odometer settings were changed without gi acceptable BUT what was not acceptable was the fact that I had to wait 3 hours and at the end all of my car odometer settings were changed without giving notice. During my wait, I noticed people who came to the waiting room after me all got their car back in a timely manner BUT me whose car needed a simple oil change. I wonder if I was singled out by the dealership because I refused to sell my car back to them during my last visit. More

They did not top off wiper fluid or wash the car. They never called us when the car was ready. There was no one at the payment desk for me to pay and Debbie had to come over and do it herself. I have a 2023 Rogue. I had a camera issue in March. Nissan of Richmond said it wasn't covered at that time. The light would have to come on again, so they reset it. T I had a camera issue in March. Nissan of Richmond said it wasn't covered at that time. The light would have to come on again, so they reset it. The light came on again in June. So I took it back on a Friday but the part wouldn't be in until Monday. I tried to talk to them on Monday but no one answered the phone. Went back up there after I got off to find out the vehicle wasn't ready. Asked for a loaner car and Debbie said, "we don't have 40 cars sitting around, you have to request in advance." Like I can plan when my new vehicle stops working correctly. Tuesday someone called and said the part didn't fix the problem. That's because they tried to put a rebuilt camera in it. Which I feel should be illegal to do in a brand new vehicle that should be under warranty. Finally on Wednesday around after 2 pm my vehicle was ready. This is my fifth Nissan. I paid the most for this one, around 35,000.00 after they added thousands of dollars just because they could. And this is the worst experience I've ever had because I've only had it for six months. I thought Nissans are supposed to be dependable. This is a new vehicle and since it messed up the very least Nissan could have done was replaced it with all new parts and give me a loaner car since they kept it from Monday through Wednesday. Their rating is "0" but the system wouldn't let me put in a 0. I should have waited the six months for a new Toyota RAV4. More
