You aren’t greeted when you walk in, everyone just stares. Callback request aren’t returned, multiple excuses are given still no accountability. When calling service, you have to ask for a name of the person you’re speaking with and after explaining to multiple people due to multiple call’s trying to resolve the same issue, still no resolution. Mr. Prince is always very helpful. I had a 7:30 a.m. appointment for state inspection, and dropped off my car the night before. The person who scheduled Prince is always very helpful. The person who scheduled the service confirmed that it would take about one hour.Since no one contacted me, I called at 10:00 to check the status and was told by the person who answered that everyone was busy and someone would call me back. No one called, so I checked again at 11:40, and was advised that the car had just been finished. I was told that it wasn't ready earlier because I did not indicate an "expected time" on the drop off form. According to the scheduler, I was the FIRST appointment that day, and that a one hour appointment was in the system. Because my vehicle took over four hours, I had to cancel other appointments that morning. More
