Came her3 for a simple oil change, tire rotation and state inspection with appointment at 730, did not leave until 1115. Asked after 930 how long it will take, at 10 they stated only thing I needed was state inspection with appointment at 730, did not leave until 1115. Asked after 930 how long it will take, at 10 they stated only thing I needed was new windshield wipers; took them hour 15 min to finish with my car. The advisor couldn’t explain what took so long, no apology for long wait. I have been coming here since the purchase of my vehicle in 8/2015; the longest it has ever taken for this service was hour and a half. Highly disappointed in the service I got on 6/19/23. More

2023 truck already had a failed battery (not the dealership’s fault) . I went in to get a new battery under warranty. I got there and in line when they opened. I was 4th in line. The employee said they had the paper work and not the keys. They suggested the truck was being washed which is odd as it’s a work truck with ladders and a bed full of trash. After another 30 minutes I went outside to stretch my legs. My truck was around front with the windows down, keys on the seat while it was starting to rain. I had thousands of dollars in tools and equipment in the truck plus keys to the properties I help manage. The company’s response was “oops, we shouldn’t have done that”.
