I was quoted 3 different prices and was told that they “misdiagnosed” my vehicle twice. What they wanted to charge $1,000-$1,300 for, my mechanic did for $98. This place is a joke. They were attentive and had a good system for getting the cars in and out of the service line. The parts specialist was very attentive also. Johnny went over and beyond expectations to make sure my car w cars in and out of the service line. The parts specialist was very attentive also. Johnny made sure to have parts under warranty taken care of, contacted me quickly about updates in my vehicle, made sure my parts and warranty was looked over and approved the fixes to my vehicle without any input from me! He even made sure the lights on my vehicle and a bolt on my truck was fixed while there. Very very happy with how my concerns were taken care of More

When I bought my car from you, the oil changes were free. Then they were every other oil change was free. Now I have to pay $75. This is not in line with the promises made when I purchased the car.
