Went in to purchase a used vehicle and it wasn’t in the GMC approved condition that they charge $1900 for. Truck has several mechanical problems that was brought to Managements attention and they refused GMC approved condition that they charge $1900 for. Truck has several mechanical problems that was brought to Managements attention and they refused to fix the vehicle before sale. I did not feel that my concerns were considered and all they wanted was the money. I will never step foot into this dealership again. They are not knowledgeable about the vehicles they sell and do not care about the customer. Customer service here is a 1 out 10. Buyer beware. More
Rip off artists. They had my car for over year! That is how long it took them to figure out the problem. They gave me a high price to repair the car and when I agreed They had my car for over year! That is how long it took them to figure out the problem. They gave me a high price to repair the car and when I agreed for the price, they called me back and told me that the it would cost another $900 for the labor. I had just been released from the intensive care unit at VCU hospital and was unable to pick up the car so they had it towed off the lot and the tow truck operator wanted $700 for the tow. I purchased a 2020 Honda Hr-V from Nissan of Richmond on June 19,2019. There was a small cosmetic imperfection on the hood which the dealership agreed to fix as a condition of purchase. I agreed and purchas June 19,2019. There was a small cosmetic imperfection on the hood which the dealership agreed to fix as a condition of purchase. I agreed and purchased the vehicle. I took the vehicle back about 2-3 weeks later to have the imperfecrion repaired. It took almost 2 weeks. I was called at 4pm on a Friday and told to come get my car right then. I live an hour and fifteen minutes away. I advised the rep I couldn't come until Saturday morning and he was frantic! Insisted O come right then, again I said no. I went to get the car on Saturday morning and discovered MORE damage to the front of the car than when I dropped it off! I guess I know why they wanted me to pick it up Friday night. Every one acted dumbfounded when I pointed out the damage and suggested I make an insirance claim! ABSOLUTELY NOT!! So I was told that they would orderthe parts to fix the damage that following Monday...here I am a week a later and I was just told they are "trying to secure the part". I am livid. I am being given the run around. A quick Google search found the part on 5 different websites. Obviously they think I'm a fool or that I'll just let it go. But I won't. And I will NEVER use this dealership nor would I recommend it to anyone ever!!! Spen your money with an honest dealership. Don't deal with these people. More
On Friday 8/16/24 I went online to this dealership to inquire about the car I have been watching for the past week. After several people calling, I finally spoke to a "Manager" by the name of Mike. He st inquire about the car I have been watching for the past week. After several people calling, I finally spoke to a "Manager" by the name of Mike. He stated that he did still have the car. I told him I was very interested in it and could be there that evening. I went ahead and did the credit app online. We spoke a total of 3 times assuring everything was good to go with my credit, down payment, etc... set a time for 6:30 p.m to meet Mike and to do the down payment, sign the paperwork and get my keys. I called prior to leaving my house just to be sure nothing else needed to be done or anything I needed to bring. Mike said no, I've got everything handled you are good to go and the car is here and ready for you. My husband and I arrived prior to 6:30 p.m, walked in the door and a gentleman walked up introduced himself and asked how he could help. I told him I was looking for Mike as we had an appointment for the Mini Cooper. He said he would go get him. That same gentleman came back out and said we are looking for him, so you can have a seat and lead us to a desk. About 10 minutes later a gentleman named Shaun said he was the sales manager and sat down. He looked at us and said I'm sorry but the car was sold earlier today. I said, no because I've been dealing with Mike and called prior to coming and he said it is ready. Shaun, said yeah but another sales person came in on his day off and sold the car to the guy that he was dealing with. This is so wrong. Where is the communication? Why didn't he pull the car off? Why you as a sales manager not aware of this? Why didn't Mike tell me this on the phone or call me? None of these questions could be answered by Management. Wait, Mike told me he was a manager. So, not only does this dealership not know what cars are being sold, they don't even know what the fellow employees positions are. Mind you, Mike was hiding in back!! Couldn't come out to face me to tell me this himself. Shaun was trying to see if he could get me a different car. NO! He was trying to do his best to rectify the situation and was very pleasant. I could tell that he was sorry for what happened, therefore I did not want to take my anger out on him and listened to what he could offer. I mean, since they did the credit pull that was a hard hit onto my credit report! He felt bad for that. Anyway, we walked outside to look at the other cars and nothing struck me. I had my heart set on this particular car. He did tell me there was another car like the one I wanted, color and all, but a little newer and less miles. That sounded great. He said it should be in today (Monday) and he would give me a call. We will see. I went home .My husband and I was having coffee Saturday morning and I was still upset at the "Manager" Mike on how he handled this whole thing with me. I figured okay, if another salesperson sold the car not knowing he had it sold, then that is just poor communication. However, I figured I would get a call from him saying how sorry he was. It made me angry that he did not. He didn't mind blowing my phone up for the sale! So, I called him. I told him how upset I am for you not reaching out to me to apologize. He got an attitude with me and said "what are you calling me for?". Excuse me??? What am I calling you for? Mike, you set up a sell of a car with me that was already sold, pulled my credit!! He said "well thats over now and you know the situation so why are you calling after knowing this?" I told him he was a piece of xxxx and needs to be fired and I will be going as high up as I could about this. He says, "So, have a good day because I know I will.". This is absolutely uncalled for. Here I am with no car, a hard hit on my credit report, and left just in awe on how all of this went down and even more so on how this so called Manager handles customers?! The higher up here will have to do something to make me even want to purchase a vehicle from there. More
