Great Warranty Service I purchased a new Murano SL model year 2017.5 on 5/8/17, from another dealer. The Foward Emergency Braking did not work. On 10/24/17 the dealer I pu I purchased a new Murano SL model year 2017.5 on 5/8/17, from another dealer. The Foward Emergency Braking did not work. On 10/24/17 the dealer I purchased the car from insisted it was fine but refused to road test. Nissan Consumer Affairs refused to help. I took the car to Nissan of Picayune and within 2 hours they found a computer code blocking the FEB and found there was debris on the cameras.. The car now works as intended. Too bad Nissan did not honor their warranty as did this dealeer. More
Worst arrive after the sale. Incompetent! 2 months after the sale and still cannot get a tag for my daughters car because Nissan of Picayune hasn't sent the required title paperwork to the ban 2 months after the sale and still cannot get a tag for my daughters car because Nissan of Picayune hasn't sent the required title paperwork to the bank that financed us. Now she's gonna have to page a huge fee by the time she actually gets her tag. Everytime I call Nissan to speak to Kelly, the finance manager, to see what's going on, I get sent to voicemail and she never calls me back. All they care about is the sale and not the service after the sale. I'm in the market for a Rogue but will NEVER give them my business again! This is ridiculous! And "Big Chris" is the worst salesman we've ever had. More
