This is what was discussed when I setup my appointment and what was told to the service personnel when I dropped my vehicle off but no where on the list of options on their tablet was an option that was discussed multiple times. I understand that’s is your business and some people may what the premium service. My advice would be to display what was discussed along with upgraded options to choose from. I can guarantee there are good number of customers who feel intimidated by the practices I saw when I dropped my vehicle off. More
