Not recommended Found cigarette ash in my car I don’t even smoke. Went back inside to let you know what I found, took my car back to “ fix it” , only big chunk was va Found cigarette ash in my car I don’t even smoke. Only reason I’m still taking car for service is I purchased service plan Not for sure how many oil change left with package but as soon as I use all, take my business somewhere else. More

Years of "GREAT" service I have serviced my truck here since its purchase in 2011. I always have it serviced here because of the excellent quality mechanical work. I'm always kept aware of preventive maintenance, service that may be needed soon, and I have even been advised that everything was ok. I have never been misled on needed maintenance and trust this service department. I wont take my truck anywhere else for service. More

The price of the service requested was double of what I've paid in the past and I've been coming here since 2009. I will take my business elsewhere. More

Be prepared to wait I scheduled an appointment for 7:30 AM because i wanted to make sure i made it to work on time. Although i had an appointment for 7:30, i did not leav I scheduled an appointment for 7:30 AM because i wanted to make sure i made it to work on time. Although i had an appointment for 7:30, i did not leave until 9:30 am. I dont know what the purpose of the appointment was.. i think the flow could be more organized. I saw many employees so if the flow was organized, i feel as if it would speed up the process. Employees are extraordinary! Other than the wait regardless of an appointment, i have no complaints. Oh!! This was my first service and i was supposed to have my tires rotated and that did not happen.. i waited two hours for an oil change... More
