Bad service and even worse follow up I purchased my car at this dealer and they invited me to return for free oil changes in the first year. I made an appointment for my oil change. Sandy I purchased my car at this dealer and they invited me to return for free oil changes in the first year. I made an appointment for my oil change. Sandy from the dealership called me the day before to confirm. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment they told me it would be one to two hours since they did not have the filter and would have to wait for a delivery. 20 min later they told me it would be an additional hour because no technicians were available to service my car. I could not wait due to other commitments. The service manager told me he would call me to reschedule and that he would make sure the parts would be on hand for a quick turnaround. He never called. More

Higher cost I could had taken my car elsewhere for oil change but I came here due to my free tire rotation. Only after I arrived I found that dealership no long I could had taken my car elsewhere for oil change but I came here due to my free tire rotation. Only after I arrived I found that dealership no longer have oil I used and had to change me higher rate for other type of oil. I was not happy so the refuse the cost of service but it was still higher than other places. In past service told me I needed things done where I got a second dealership tell me it didnt need to be done. So I question anything service says More
