The reason for bringing my Versa in was never addressed to fix the problem, that is why it has been brought in numerous times. Of all these times, never once was me or my children's safety ever considered, only what your particular dealership, Auto Nation, Fucillo whatever (you guys assumed the responsibility for all customers who have been to your dealership regardless of name or ownership) coul NOT do for me. Just last week I was in to get the bushings replaced, which also wasn't a "safety issue", and was denied my legal right to a rental car for a factory defect. The bushings are a defect in some 2016 Versas. That is not to say all need them. That is the same when it comes to your relative's Versa. Not all of them have the problem mine is having. Being blunt is one thing. Refusing to take the safety of a customer seriously is a completely different thing. You guys need to not only put the customer first (and quit arguing with/justifying your behavior towards them), but if you're going to be saying "have a blessed day" do that which you'd have done until you, and in this case that means fix the safety issue.
